The re-invigorated workshop was back in 2019 with an expanded focus. Participants met with peers, facilitators and panelists in a dynamic workshop format which included discussions with leaders and change makers in our industry.

Applications were accepted from artists, artist managers and self-managed artists. The Seed provided and arranged transport, accommodation and meals for all successful applicants. Successful applicants only needed to get themselves to their closest major airport.

The Seed Fund will continue to partner with MusicNT Bush Bands BUSINESS, a three-day skills and professional development intensive for Central Desert bush bands. Mentors guide stagecraft, musicianship, contracting, licensing, publicity and touring tips workshops. Over 60 workshops and rehearsals take place as well as a full dress rehearsal for the Bush Bands BASH concert in Alice Springs, which takes place at the end of the intensive.

The Management Workshop is a one-stop shop for practical strategies to manage artists in the establishment phase of their career. Now in it's eleventh year, the workshop has hosted some of Australia's leading emerging managers. The Management Workshop provides a platform for strategic advice and ways to enhance opportunities for bands and solo artists forging pathways in the music industry.
